Class Vibe

45-minute low-impact, high intensity 12-person class that is purposefully sequenced. Each class uses both time under tension and constant consistent and controlled movements to achieve quickly noticeable results. Most students take 3-4 classes per week as part of their weekly fitness routine to get maximum results of long lean muscles.

Boss Lady

My name is Amy, mom of 3, North Texas resident and passionate Lagree instructor and student. In 2014 I fell in love with Lagree getting wedding ready because of how it drastically changed my body. One year later I decided to become an instructor to share my love for Lagree with others and to become part of their health journey. As an ER NP, I know the importance of health and wellness to live your best life, and I want Lagree to be that motivation for change in others’ fitness journeys, just as it was in mine.

“Many Lagree movements incorporate the use of 600 muscles at once.”
